The original design (which may be seen in the 1919 convention report) of Rutherford's pyramid does not call for an "all-seeing eye".
We have seen some pictures of one side of that pyramid that one could, with some imagination, "see" an all-seeing eye on its capstone.
If there is now an "all-seeing eye" on Rutherford's pyramid, we suspect that someone may have etched it there sometime later.
Russell did use artwork in the Photo-Drama to represent Jehovah's "all-seeing eye". We have no serious objection to such use of itself as symbolizing Jehovah's all-seeing eye. (Deuteronomy 11:12,25,28; Psalm 33:13,18; Ezekiel 7:9) Such usage, however, does not call for one to ignore Russell's life-time works so as to imagine and assume that Russell's usage of the Biblical imagery of Jehovah's all-seeing eye is Masonic, evil, pagan, etc. Although it is possible that the Masons may use such symbolism, their use of it does not mean that the symbol itself is Masonic, or that anyone who uses a symbol of the "eye of Jehovah" must be a member of the Masons.
Nor is the traditional "eye of God," "eye of providence," or "eye of Jehovah," illustration actually the same as that often depicted as the "eye of Horus." There are some similarities, but they are not the same.

Some, based solely on what is being imagined and assumed, have proclaimed it to be a fact that the pyramid with the eye on the U.S. dollar bill is an "Illuminati Pyramid." Such theorists have flooded the internet with such assertions, so that many have simply assumed that it is correct to speak of any usage of a pyramid as being an "Illuminati pyramid." Regardless, however, of how widespread such a falsehood has become, the label is still not correct.
People, however, seem to love to believe their speculations and imaginations are true. Once they are convinced, there is little anyone can do to dissuade them from their misconceptions. Such will have to wait until the kingdom to receive the enlightenment that is to then come to all nations, without the blinding influence of Satan. -- Isaiah 2:2-4; Revelation 20:3.
Addendum
One claims that the all-seeing eye is actually Satan.
1) Jehovah's all-seeing eye(s) is/are not Satan. -- Deuteronomy 11:12; 32:10; Job 28:10; Psalm 11:4; 33:18; Proverbs 5:21; 15:3; Ezekiel 5:11; 7:4,9; 20:17; Zechariah 2:8.
2) The Egyptians (as well as world in general) perverted/corrupted God's works in their idolatrous practices. - Ecclesiastes 7:29; Isaiah 19:14; 44:9-20; Romans 1:21-23; Ephesians 4:17-19; 2 Peter 1:4.
3) Satan's methods are indeed very deceptive, for he would replace Jehovah with himself. (Isaiah 14:14; 2 Corinthians 11:14) It is no wonder then that his ministers pervert the Biblical symbolisms for idolatrous purposes.
4) The perversion of the sun, moon, stars, constellations, the zodiac, trees, cows, etc., for idolatrous practices does not make any of God's creations, or Biblical symbolism used of God's creations, to be of the occult. The Bible itself has been used by spiritualists and occultists; this does not make the Bible itself to be "occult".
5) Occultism does, however, pervade our society, even reaching into the churches, where one will find people practicing what could be referred to as "occult" practices, either openly or indirectly supporting spiritism by claiming that the dead are not dead, but more alive than ever.
